    Application process

Before applying for the Fund, the Employee must have obtained written confirmation of admission to the MBA program and have secured all other financing.

In the evaluation, a lot of weight is given to the employee's drive to pursue an MBA education as well as relevant business and management experience with personnel responsibility, career path, company statements, and company commitments (including financial funding of the MBA study).

A brief update on the study program is sent to the Foundation every term, along with a request for funding.

Payment from the Foundation is always made as a reimbursement for already-paid costs. It is believed that the typical payment terms of the educational institution are adhered to. A copy of the invoice from the educational school and the necessary paperwork for paying the invoice are sent along with a request for payment to the foundation. A status report for the MBA study must be sent, in which it is confirmed that the study plan is being followed, and the business must also attest that the student's employment has not changed.
